Meteoras, Greece

In auto, bus o treno (20-30 euro in mezzi pubblici)

In central Greece, between Athens and Thessaloniki, theMeteoras (whose name means "hanging in the air"): natural rock towers where in the XIV- XV th centuries more than 20 monasteries were built. Today only six of them remain in use, two nunneries and four monasteries . Climb up till these small Orthodox Christian churches you will forget the world downstaies, admiring icons in the light of candles, in silence.
Reach Kalambara (base city for the paths to the meteors) in four hours from Thessaloniki or Athens. By car, bus or train (20-30 Euros with public transport)

Weekend a Amsterdam: itinerario 3

Here's the last itinerary of our trip to Amsterdam!

My body is my business".

--------------------------------------------------------------

Continue south veering towards the centre and enjoy a stroll among historic buildings, churches and the secret garden of the Begijnhof (one of the city's oldest courtyards). Continue till the red light district and Oude Kerke church, surrounded by places where girls apply the principle "My body is my business." And now you're ready for a beer or better, a jenever in one of the many cafés in the area.
